Weeks after bagging a master’s degree, Princess Adedoja, daughter of the Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi has appeared in her debut movie as an actress.
Adedoja is starring in an epic film titled Anikulapo by filmmaker Kunle Afolayan. The cast also includes Faithia William, Sola Sobowale and Bimbo Ademoye.
On Sunday, the princess shared pictures of herself on Instagram on set with Faithia and actor Kunle Remi.
In the caption, the former Miss Oyo State wrote, “I played Princess Ajoke in my acting debut: Anikulapo (Death and Life; the Rebirth of Identity), a Kunle Afolayan film.”
Adedoja had earlier in the month topped her class when she bagged a master’s degree from the University of Lagos.
The Oyo ex-beauty queen emerged as the best graduating student from the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies, setting a record for the institute.
Meanwhile, Kunle revealed on Sunday that the shoot for the movie had been concluded.
