Music artiste Naira Marley says no one should be imprisoned for smoking weed.
The controversial singer, who is being tried for fraud, wrote in an early message on Twitter on Wednesday
“No one should be in prison for weed,” he wrote.
In a Twitter post on November 16, 2019, the 30-year-old said he does not do drugs but smokes weed.
Born Azeez Fashola, Naira Marley is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on an 11-count charge of conspiracy, possession of counterfeit cards and fraud.
