Celebrities like Don Jazzy, 2baba, Phyno, AY Comedian have hailed Grammy winner Burna Boy for his performance at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
The singer is the first African artiste to sell out the popular event center in New York.
Commending him for his thrilling performance on Friday, Don Jazzy wrote on Twitter saying, “Oluwa Burna na Giant you be true true ooo. Congrats on every every. I tap from your blessing for myself and everybody that wishes you well. Keep making us proud bro.”
Phyno also hailed Burna Boy on Twitter, saying, “MAN LIKE BURNAAAAA!!!, Congrats G @burnaboy.”
“The kilometer this Burnaboy is running on stage is different o. His thespian moves last night only confirmed the diversity of his universal acceptance. Both the performer and his performances remains our refined export material. Respect to the mama wey born this Burna as boy,” AY wrote.
2baba also took to Instagram on Saturday where he posted a video of Burna Boy performing.
“Like a movie, it was all a dream mad. Young Naija men/women doing massive things all over the world. #warriors. Big up @burnaboygram,” he wrote.
