Presidential aspirant Peter Obi on Sunday visited Dada Aya Yar’Adua, mother of late President Umaru Yar’ Adua in Katsina.
The former Anambra State governor visited her after meeting with PDP stakeholders in the state.
Obi was in the company of Lady Chidi, daughter of the late former Vice President Alex Ekwueme.
Former President Yar’Adua was elected in 2007. He died on May 5, 2010, about a year to the expiration of his term in office.
He was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, the same party which Mr Obi is seeking to become its presidential candidate in the 2023 polls.
