Saheed Osupa reacts as scammers hack Facebook page

Fuji musician Saheed Osupa has reacted to the recent hack on his Facebook page which resulted in the loss of his photo and videos.

The 50-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to give an update on the efforts that have reached in recovering the page.

The musician who is currently on a US tour announced that the account has finally been retrieved but he is yet to recover the content in the account.

Saheed informed his fans that it will also take days to reverse the profile to the ordinal name which was changed after the account was hacked.

“NOTICE & UPDATE ON HACKED FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!!!My loving and ever conscious fans and followers, yesterday, 15th May, 2022, my official Facebook account; “KING (Dr.) SAHEED OSUPA AKOREDE”, was hacked by some bad elements on the cyber space. HOWEVER, FORTUNATELY, THE GOOD NEWS IS, WE WERE ABLE TO RECOVER IT AND HOPE TO RETRIEVE OUR CONTENTS AFTER COMPLETING THE PROCESS OF FULL RECOVERY.

“PLEASE NOTE that it will take some days before we are able to reverse the profile name as it were; “KING (Dr.) SAHEED OSUPA AKOREDE”. Therefore, we won’t be posting our activities on this platform (Facebook) until it is fully fixed,” he wrote.
