Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu has wedded his Ghanaian lover Tracy Acheampong in Accra, Ghana.
The couple got engaged in Paris, France in January 2022 after reportedly meeting at an airport in Amsterdam.
Onuachu began dating Acheampong during his days at Danish Super Liga club FC Midtylland.
Some Super Eagles players who were at his wedding on Saturday include Henry Onyekuru, Samuel Kalu, Chidera Ejuke and Frank Onyeka.
Onuachu, who plays for Belgian side Genk, wowed the crowd with his dance skills.
The final ceremony will hold in Lagos on June 19 where some of his teammates are also expected to be in attendance.
Onuachu scooped the most prestigious individual football award in Belgium – the Golden Shoe, scoring 19 goals in the 2021/2022 league season.
