Actress Laide Bakare has issued a warning to actress Tonto Dikeh and others in the movie industry, asking them to keep their distance from her.
The 41-year-old gave the warning in an Instagram post on Thursday following speculations that her glamourous lifestyle is being sponsored by her sugar daddies.
Laide, who recently acquired a house and three cars, accused her colleagues of commenting ‘trash’ about her on gossip blogs.
She wrote: “Thanks much dear @mayowabae pls NOTE: This is A public Announcement. THIS IS A CLEAR WARNING TO anyone from my Industry who has gone publicly online to Comment Trash about me on those gossip blogs and others. If you EVER see Me anyway, pls keep your DISTANCE OR ELSE, YOU GO COLLECT O.”
This is coming after the actress slammed Tonto Dikeh and called her an ‘oloribuku’ (which means an unfortunate person) for reacting to blogger Gistlover’s post about how Laide became rich.
The drama started on Monday, May 30 after Laide Bakare announced that she will be releasing a book to clear the air on how she became self-made through hard work and not sleeping around as rumoured.
In retaliation, Gistlover vowed to spill dirty secrets about Laide Bakare’s source of wealth and the different men she is allegedly sleeping with. The gossip platform also vowed to expose other female celebrities like Tonto Dikeh and Iyabo Ojo.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Tonto Dikeh rained curses on Laide and accused her of triggering the blogger who has decided to revisit her matter.
She wrote: “Jesu’’ Why this person Dey make you remember me Nah!!! Abeg Oba small Girl… E no go better for these people wey make you remember me!! Chia see me see trouble”
Angered by the statement, Laide Bakare responded to Tonto Dikeh’s comment by calling her, an ‘oloribuku person’.
