Actor Adeniyi Johnson has launched a campaign against drug abuse in secondary schools in Lagos.
The movie star joined the students of Ikotun Senior High School in wearing the school uniform for the campaign on Tuesday, June 21.
Adeniyi posted a video and several photos of himself, his team and the school management on Instagram.
Thanking those who supported him, he wrote: “Today is the beginning of a better tomorrow, history was made… it was bigger than we anticipated but God went ahead … thanks to all that supported us Financially, morally and prayerfully.
“Thanks to my lovely wife for endless support @i_am_shai and to companies I represent @trustolahomes @dglowbiztravels thanks to my friends @ighalojude @adeversal and my friend and colleague who out of busy schedule came out to show us love too @petersijagbemi … paramount my special thanks to all those in the last slide who decided against all odds to spend their time, money, effort… even on the rain… I’m wowed and can’t thank you guys enough … God bless you and cause nations to stand by you.”
Adeniyi and his wife Seyi Edun got married after his divorce from actress, Toyin Abraham, was finalised.
