Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria from France.
Tinubu tweeted on Friday that he was “heading home” with a video of an aircraft.
The former Lagos State governor travelled to France on June 27 for “important meetings,” according to his media aide Tunde Rahman.
In France, Tinubu met with Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun.
Abiodun said in a social media post that he spent “quality time” with Tinubu to “rub minds on numerous party and national issues.”
Businessman Femi Otedola also met Tinubu and described the ex-governor as a ‘great friend’ while praying for his victory in the forthcoming elections.
“I am always excited visiting my Great Friend Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu @officialABAT. May God grant him his heart’s desire to become the President of this great nation,” Mr Otedola wrote in a post across social media platforms.
