Actress Ufuoma McDermott could not hold back her emotions as she penned down a lovely message to her daughter Kesiena on the latter’s seventh birthday.
The 41-year-old posted a stunning photo of her daughter on Instagram on Monday, dazzling in a red dress.
In her birthday message, the emotional actress said she still does not understand why God trusted her to be the mother of Kesiena but she is equipped for the task.
The proud mother also asked God to bless and watch over her daughter.
She wrote: “Dear Lord, I’m still not sure why you trusted me to be the mother of the most adorable, beautiful , thoughtful and loving 7year old girl, but I know you have equipped me for the task. Please bless and watch over her. May your wisdom fill her head and your love her heart. May she always love you and respect humanity in its diversity. May she grow in grace and May her generation see you in her. Happy birthday Kesiena. I love you… forever.”
