Actress Funke Akindele on Wednesday, August 24 showed off her dance moves as gospel singer Gbenga Akinfewa led a praise session at the former’s 45th birthday party.
The movie star who dances occasionally on social media stormed Instagram to share videos from the birthday party where gospel singers Tope Alabi and Apekeola Ogbogofolemi also performed.
In the video she posted, an excited and grateful Funke could be seen displaying different dance movies as Gebnga led the praise session.
A worship session was also led by Gbenga whose ministration got some of the guests on their knees as they raised up their hands in thanksgiving to God.
In one of the videos she posted, Funke could also be seen shedding tears as she expressed gratitude to God while Tope led another worship with her band.
Tope could also be seen making ‘prophetic declarations’ and showering praises on the 45-year-old.
Afte Tope’s worship session ended, Apekeola began a praise session with her band while Funke and other guests at the party showed off their dance moves.
Another video captured the celebrant lifting up her voice with a grateful heart, making declarations in Yoruba while others echoed Amen to her prayers.
Appreciating those who celebrated with her at the event, Funke said: “I don’t really have friends so the people that are here today are special to me. God bless you all for coming, thank you so much.”

Celebrating her birthday on Instagram, The Omo Ghetto star posted stunning photos of herself rocking a pink and silver stoned gown.
Captioning the post, Funke wrote: “OLUWASEUN! Happy birthday to you OLUFUNKE AKINDELE!!! The Lord will never forsake you in Jesus name!! AMEN!!”
