Chinedu Nwachukwu, third son of the late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, has celebrated his first birthday without his mother.
Osinachi’s twin sister, Amarachi Eze took to Facebook on Monday to share a photos of her sister’s children celebrating the boy’s birthday.
Amarachi also noted that it was a double celebration because her son Divine and Osinachi’s son are birthday mates.
An emotional Amarachi expressed her love for the boys as she prayed for them.
She wrote: “Wow! My beloved Friends… This is Another Double #Birthday to my late Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu’s 3rd Son #Chinedum And My Son #Divine.
Hmm….(deep breathe)I don’t have much words to type, all I have for you great boys is to know that I extremely Love both of you. I join the host of Angels today to Celebrate two of you and I Pray that God will bless you people with #Wisdom, #blessings #knowledge, #God’s Favour, #understanding and save you boys form destruction and failure.

In a recent video posted on YouTube, Amarachi who is also a gospel singer revealed that they have been battling many challenges including their inability to pay their rent and cater to the needs of the four children Osinachi left behind.
Amarachi and Osinachi were part of the defunct gospel group Glorious Singers known for songs like ‘Jigidemaka’, ‘Somebody is Knocking’, ‘Jerusalem’ and ‘Onyeoma’. The group disbanded after some of its members decided to pursue solo careers.
Osinachi died on April 8 at the National Hospital, Abuja. She is alleged to have been subjected to years of domestic abuse.
