Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh on Sunday took to social media to show off a tomatoes plantation in his Belgium home.
The 47-year-old said he felt blessed to be able to run the farm at his home, adding that he would make a Nigerian soup with the tomatoes.
“Feel blessed to still be able to run my private ‘Amazon-like’ Farm at home. My own Afro space & spot in Belgium. Na ‘Naija’ soup get Dis Tomatoes Today,” Oliseh said.
Last month, Oliseh resigned as the head coach of German side SV Straelen after just two months in charge.
It was the third consecutive loss for his team in the Regionalliga.
The run of five defeats started against Schalke 04 II who edged them out 1-0 on July 24 at Parkstadion. Straelen then lost subsequent matches 2-1 against RW Oberhausen, 1-0 against Kaan-Marienborn, 1-0 against Duren and Saturday’s 2-0 result against Dusseldorf II.
In between the league fixtures, the ex-Nigeria international also failed to guide the team past second division outfit St. Pauli, who eliminated them from the first round of the DFB-Pokal after suffering a 4-3 defeat at MSV-Arena.
