Actress Rita Dominic has celebrated her mum on the latter’s posthumous birthday.
The actress posted a wedding photo of the deceased on Instagram in the early hours of Wednesday to wish her mum a happy posthumous birthday.
“Happy birthday mummy, keep resting in heaven, we miss you, Rita Dominic wrote.
The 47-year-old also celebrated her mum on the 20th anniversary of her death last year.
The movie star posted the same photo on Instagram, expressing how much she misses the woman.
“Our beautiful Mother on her wedding day. We remember her fondly today on her birthday. Mummy you are always in our thoughts and hearts even 20 years on from when you left us. Dance and sing with the angels above today mummy and we will join you in great celebration when we meet you again,” she wrote.
Born into the royal family of Nwaturocha in Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, Rita’s parents were health care professionals, her father, who is also late, was a medical doctor and her mother, a nursing officer.
