Actress Rachael Okonkwo has reacted to rumours about veteran actress Genevieve Nnaji returning to the movie screen.
The speculations started spreading after the Instagram handler of Genevieve’s movie Lionheart made an announcement on open auditions for a forthcoming movie.
As expected, fans stormed the comment section of the post to react in anticipation of Genevieve’s possible return after an alleged mental breakdown.
A fan identified as Larry wrote: “Genevieve is back.”
“My queen is coming,” another wrote.
Joining fans to react, Rachael who had on several occasions described the Sharon Stone actress as her idol, could not hold back her excitement as she shared dancing emojis in the comment section of the post.
Genevieve became a subject of discussion in May 2022 after it was rumoured that she had been admitted to a hospital in the US following an alleged mental health crisis.
Several colleagues like Tonto Dikeh, Susan Peters, Georgina Onuoha, Rachael Okonkwo and Juliana Olayode stormed social media to support her.
The 43-year-old has been off social media since then.
