Singer Omah Lay has sent bouquets of flowers to senior colleague Tiwa Savage.
Tiwa made this known in an Instagram story post on Thursday.
The 43-year-old shared a video of the beautiful flowers with The Macarons Project song Fly Me to the Moon playing in the background.
She tagged Omah Lay in the post.
Omah Lay had professed his love for the mother of one in a Twitter post in February.
“I Love Tiwa Savage Too,” he wrote.
That came a month after he used her image as his display picture.
Meanwhile, Tiwa is making her acting debut in a film titled Water and Garri.
She made this known in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“This is about to be an ICONIC moment. My first acting and co-directing debut with the goat @mejialabi.
“Water and Garri the Film Coming soon,” Tiwa wrote.
Produced by Unbound Studios and its subsidiary JM Films, Water and Garri was shot in Cape Coast, Ghana.
It got its name from ‘Water and Garri’, a music EP Tiwa released in 2021.
Tiwa wrote and performs the film’s original soundtrack and is an executive producer through her Everything Savage company.
She is cast as a fashion designer with a budding career in the US who returns to her home in Africa to confront the guilt she left behind.
Meji Alabi directed from a script by Comfort Emmanuel, with Unbound’s Jimi Adesanya producing.
Alabi and Adesanya also serve as executive producers, along with Vannessa Amadi-Ogbonna.
Mike Afolarin, Andrew Bunting, and Jemima Osunde also star in the film.
