Big Brother Naija star Ka3na on Sunday reacted publicly for the first time since the death of her ex-husband known simply as Jones.
The reality TV star said in an Instagram post that she found the courage to make a video about his death.
The video is a compilation of memorable moments which she and the deceased shared while he was alive.
Although Ka3na and Mr. Jones got divorced in March 2022, she said in her post that he died on May 1, 2023, following a battle with cancer, leaving their daughter fatherless and making her a widow in her twenties.
She wrote, “I was only 9yrs old when I lost my father. My mom said I cried while everyone else was, but my tears was hunger-related. I never knew what it felt like to lose a LOVED one until I received the sad call from the hospital on 01-05-2023! Took exactly three days for me to actually process the information and from that moment of acceptance grief has consumed my entire world😭 Everyone is asking me to move on but HOW?? Your death has made our daughter fatherless and your Kate’ a widow in my 20s💔.

In January, Ka3na announced she was pregnant with her second child. She did not disclose the identity of her baby’s father.
