Singer Kizz Daniel has called off his engagement to his mystery woman.
The musician made this known in a podcast interview with American on-air personality Angela Yee which went viral on Thursday.
He also said he has now three sons after initially losing one of his triplets.
“I have three sons now,” he told Angela.
The hit maker gave a sarcastic reply when pressed about his engagement. He said, “What? Jesus is Lord and God will always remain on the throne.”
He added after laughing, “Nothing happened. Life happens. O yes, my kids are happy. My kids are good and healthy.”
Kizz Daniel welcomed triplets Jamal, Jalil, and Jelani in 2021 with his mystery lover but lost Jamal four days after birth.
He also said in the interview that he recruited Emperor Geezy, head of his former record label, to join his own brand, Fly Boi Inc.
Kizz Daniel rose to prominence under the guidance of Emperor Geezy, founder of G-Worldwide Entertainment.
“Recently, I stepped down from being the CEO of Fly Boi Inc. So, I signed up Emperor Geezy as the new CEO of Fly Boi Inc. And we just signed a new artist, Prime; that’s his name. He’s really good. He’s also on my upcoming album,” the 29-year-old said.
In 2017, Kizz Daniel’s relationship with G-Worldwide Entertainment turned sour, leading to a highly publicised legal battle over his contract.
Eventually, he parted ways with the label, establishing his own.
The court case lingered for a long time, prompting him to change his stage name from Kiss Daniel to Kizz Daniel.
But last year, the singer mended fences with his former boss.
