Senator Ned Nwoko, husband of actress Regina Daniels, will soon become a grandfather following an announcement by his daughter Julia.
Julia, who is the eldest daughter of the politician and his first wife, Lily Nwoko, broke the news of her pregnancy on Instagram on Wednesday.
Julia is married to Prince Ojuola.
She posted photos of herself and her husband holding her growing baby bump on Instagram.
Julia also revealed they were expecting a baby girl.
“A princess is loading,” wrote the expectant mother.
The news has got some social media users anticipating the change of status of Regina and her husband to grandparents.
One Instagram user Jakah Adama Turay wrote in the comment section: “Wow! Congratulations! Finally, Regina and Ned will be grandparents.”
Cherie White wrote, “Congratulations darling. Mr Ned is going to be a grandfather.”
Socialite Pretty Mike also commented with the word “Congratulations.”
Congo Kitoko claimed, “No wonder why that guy only walks around with Regina now.”
Several others praised Julia for having a glowing look despite being pregnant.
Nwoko, who is representing Delta North at the Senate, had not spoken publicly about the news as of the time of filing this report.
The legislator and Regina have been busy with politics, attending events together.
Nwoko has several wives. He and Lily are both lawyers.
