Fuji musician Saheed Osupa has reacted to the death of the mother of Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
Mrs Adeyemo died on Saturday.
Saheed, in an Instagram post on Sunday, sympathised with Sunday Igboho whom he described as his friend and brother.
The 53-year-old prayed that God should forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant her eternal rest.
He wrote, “My friend and brother @Sunday_igboho1 loses mom! May almighty God forgive her shortcomings and grant her eternal rest. Rest on maami! @Sunday_igboho1 may almighty God be with you, comfort you and give you the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss, stay strong, maja!”

Sunday Igboho announced the death of his mother in a social media post on July 22, stating that he did not want her to leave the world yet.
The agitator, who has been unable to leave Benin Republic since his arrest and arraignment in 2021, said his mother’s death was too much to bear.
