Toby Chukwu aka Manliketrex, former employee and friend of DJ Kaywise, has released a statement explaining why he joined the search for the record producer.
He released a statement on Wednesday on Instagram after being accused of trying to kidnap Kaywise’s girlfriend Nnena Eguwekwe aka Nenny B.
According to the statement, Manliketrex joined the search because he played a role in the investment of Kaywise’s brand and the revelation that his location was not known by family members for two years.
Manliketrex said, “…..To whom it may concern, if you have any issues with his twin brother or family, you will regret the fact that you put other peoples name on the line just because of your desperation. I stand by the truth and I am prepared to go to great lengths to safeguard my reputation and rectify any misconception and harm to my character, as my involvement in this situation was only guided by a genuine concern for Kaywise.”

Nneka had published a press release on August 13 on Instagram, stating that some persons made attempts to abduct her.
Kaywise also published a press release on August 17 on Instagram, dissociating himself from the alleged culprits.
