Actress Funke Akindele and her ex-husband Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, have reunited at the premiere of their new series She Must Be Obeyed.
The duo appeared friendly to each other, exchanged pleasantries and hugged at the premiere on Wednesday held at Filmhouse Cinemas in the Lekki area of Lagos.
According to an Instagram post on Thursday by JJC Skillz, recounting the premiere, the former couple jointly directed the series which will be released on Friday on Prime Video.

JJC Skillz also posted the trailer of the series on Instagram on Saturday, September 23.
Personalities like Iyabo Ojo, Laycon, Toke Makinwa, Adunni Ade, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Toyin Abraham, Olumide Owuru, Efe Irele, Timi Egbuson, Doyinsola David and James Brown, among others were present at the premiere.
The cast for the series includes Funke Akindele, Waje, Nancy Isime, Akah Nnani, Mike Ezuronye, Vee Iye, Lateef Adedimeji, Patience Ozokwo, Rachael Okonkwo, Lizzy Jay and Bishop Imeh.
Funke and JJC Skillz got married in May 2016 in London.
Funke gave birth to twin boys in 2018 while they were married.
However, JJC Skillz announced his separation from Funke on Instagram in June 2022 for undisclosed reasons.
