A former presidential media aide Reno Omokri on Monday night published a document on social media which he alleged was President Bola Tinubu’s application to Chicago State University (CSU).
Mr Omokri published the document in the wake of the release of Tinubu’s credentials by CSU following a court order.
The former presidential aide drew attention to the sex of the applicant in the document which was “male”.
“Are you still allowing them to deceive you? Look at the application Bola Tinubu made to Chicago State University. Look at the gender. This is part of the official documents released today, which they will also tender in evidence at court tomorrow under oath!” Omokri wrote.

Since the release of the document, he has been calling out Arise TV and its employee Rufai Oseni for, according to him, spreading falsehoods.
He also dismissed claims that he was paid to speak in favour of Tinubu in the battle for the latter’s credentials.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who was also the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the February poll, hopes to use the records at CSU in his case against Tinubu at the Supreme Court.
But Tinubu’s lawyers say the documents would be irrelevant.
