A Magistrate Court in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday remanded socialite Sam Larry and musician Naira Marley for 21 days.
The duo are suspects in the case of the death of singer Oladimeji Aloba aka Mohbad.
Lagos State Police Command had requested that Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun grant them a remand order for 30 days.

Sam Larry and Naira Marley went into police custody on Thursday, September 28 and Tuesday, October 3 respectively.
The duo have been at the centre of controversy concerning the death of Mohbad.
Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12, leaving behind his partner, son and parents.
Last month, the police exhumed his corpse for an autopsy to investigate his death.
