Wives of Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, have taken to social media to celebrate his 49th birthday.
Born on October 17, 1974, Oba Ogunwusi is the 51st Ooni of Ife. He ascended to the throne of his forebearers in 2015, succeeding the deceased Oba Okunade Sijuwade.
Celebrating his birthday on Tuesday, the Ooni’s youngest wife Tobi Philips-Ogunwusi shared photos of the monarch and herself on Instagram.
She wrote, “Happy Birthday My Darling Husband, Sharing my Life with you is truly one of God’s Greatest Blessings.
“Cheers to Another Year of Laughter, Love and Unforgettable Memories My King.”
Olori Ashley Folasade Ogunwusi celebrated her husband by sharing photos of the king on Instagram.
She prayed that his day would be as bright and beautiful as his smile.
