Senior pastor of The Covenant Nation Poju Oyemade has said he does not speak French after promoting a programme with an AI-generated video.
Oyemade shared a video of himself on X on Friday night speaking in French about the World Faith Believers Convention (WOFBEC) scheduled to hold in January.
Informing the public about the video, the clergyman said, “Kindly note this is AI generated for our Francophone friends. (I do not speak French o).”

On Saturday, Oyemade shared the English version of the same video on X.
“Let’s bring the English one back. (This is me) You are invited. Join us as we prepare for a visitation @WOFBEC 2024. January 2nd to 7th. The Covenant Place Iganmu Lagos,” the post read.
