Gospel singer Rejoice Iwueze has declared herself a blessed woman as she celebrated her husband’s birthday two months after giving birth to their first child.
The former member of the gospel music group Destined Kids shared a photo of her husband Samuel Oladapo on Instagram with a birthday message to him.
“Hey Best Friend, I LOVE YOU EVERYDAY. @samtblaze. Me running away after posting this picture because my husband doesn’t really like the picture but get strong head, will post it because it looks so cute in my eyes.
“BUT AM BLESSED INDEED WITH THIS MAN. @samtblaze Let me wait for my husband to come explain himself on the comment section now,” she wrote.
Rejoice announced the birth of her baby in a video posted via Instagram on September 28.
“There’s always a story to tell and when the story ends in praise it doubles the THANKSGIVING. I’m the one that God has indeed shown mercy. From the very day we knew he was coming to the last day he arrived, it’s been from one testimony to another.
“GRATITUDE IS ALL I HAVE TO GIVE HIM.TRANSLATION: You have done what no man could have done. Handsome man, my all give to you. Take my thanks and praise. You have done it for me, take all the praise,” she captioned the post.
The duo wedded traditionally at the bride’s home in Owerri, Imo State on Wednesday, November 16 while their white wedding was held on November 19.
Rejoice and her siblings, Favour, Joshua, Best, Caleb and Wonderful became popular after the release of their hit song ‘Joy Joy Joy’.
She is now a solo gospel artiste.
