Veteran actor Peter Fatomilola was thrown a surprise party by his colleagues to celebrate his 78th birthday.
Several of his colleagues came together on Tuesday for a low key to celebrate the actor’s new age.
Peter also received a birthday cake with his name written on it.
In a video posted on Instagram, the movie star could be seen rejoicing and dancing with those who came to celebrate with him.
The 78-year-old was born in Ifisin-Ekiti in the Ido-Osi Local Government area of Ekiti State. In 1967, he joined the Olokun Theatre group under the tutelage of the late Professor Ola Rotimi, a renowned playwright at the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University.
He is also a member of the academic staff of Obafemi Awolowo University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts in 1978.
Known for his priestly roles, Peter has been featured in movies and TV shows like Sango, Sawaroide, Rise of the Saints, King Invincible, Super Story and Papa Ajasco.
