Lead pastor of The Fountain of Life Church in Lagos Jimmy Odukoya has received a box from the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) and the Super Eagles over his prayers.
Odukoya took to Instagram on Wednesday morning to share with the public what the package was.
The box contains the Super Eagles jersey, a pen, among others, with the inscription ‘Let’s Do It Again’.
Odukoya, whose prayer for the success of the Super Eagles at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cote d’Ivoire recently got the team and crew’s attention, said he was grateful to the team for the package.
“Thank you to @ng_supereagles and @thenffofficial for the box!” He wrote.
Odukoya made another video wearing a customised polo from the NFF and Super Eagles. He also said a prayer for the team’s success.
“My fellow Nigerians, prayers for Matchday!! Let’s go @ng_supereagles!! We have already won!!” He captioned his Instagram post.
Nigeria takes on the Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Wednesday by 6 pm for a place in the final.
