Actor Segun Arinze has explained why the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) is hosting a celebrity night of health and wellness on Valentine’s Day.
Mr Arinze who recently spoke to QEDNG on behalf of the guild said the programme is aimed at promoting healthy living and wellness awareness to encourage and sensitize the public, especially in the entertainment industry.
He also stressed the need for actors to undergo frequent medical checkups.
The Valentine’s Day event will feature music, comedy health talks and demonstrations.
Nollywood practitioners like Emeka Rollas, Kate Henshaw, Victor Okhai and Queen Blessing Ebigieson will speak at the event.
Also billed to speak at the event are mental healthcare expert Emmanuel T. Onyeani, primary care provider Dr Daudi B. Koleosho and Dr Steve C, Eke.
