Actor Daniel Etim-Effiong and his wife Toyosi have thanked filmmaker Mo Abudu for visiting their newborn baby girl.
Toyosi recently shared photos from the visit on her Instagram account in which she expressed her excitement over the visit.
She wrote: “Of course, I was super excited about this visit. I kept wanting to ask, “Aunty are you sure you’re coming?” 😂 but she did just like she said she would, and she “came correct”. Thank you for the visit Nana Mo @moabudu and thank you for our beautiful gift!! We love you .”
Recting in the comment section of the post, a grateful Daniel also thanked Mo Abudu, writing, “Thank you Aunmty Mo for going correct.”
“This was such a beautiful moment, Thank you Mo Abudu,’ the actor added.
The couple announced the birth of their daughter in a collaboration post on their Instagram accounts on March 14 with a photo of the couple and their newborn.
They described their baby girl as their love gift while expressing gratitude to God for a safe delivery.
Several celebrities stormed the comment section of the post to congratulate them.
Mo Abudu wrote: “She is so beautiful. God bless you “RiRi”.”
“Our beautiful baby girl. Much love sweethearts,” Mo added.
‘Congratulations guys, God bless your fam,” actress and filmmaker Ego Boyo commented.
“Congratulations,” Ruth Kadiri wrote.
“Congrats my brother!!! May she be a blessing to your family and to her generation,” actor Mofe Duncan wrote.
The couple got married in November 2017.
They are now blessed with three children, two girls and a boy.
Speaking on how they met during their interview with Punch, Toyosi said: “Our first contact was on social media, Instagram to be precise. He played the role of Folarin on the Ndani TV series, Gidi Up and he did an amazing job with the role. I started following him and weeks (or maybe months) later, I sent him a message asking him to collaborate with me on a project. We moved the conversation to WhatsApp and started talking regularly there.”
