Gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan has explained why he does not charge to perform at events.
The singer disclosed this in a recent chat with content creator Timi Agbaja in which he stated that his “consecration” demands that he does not charge for his performances.
When asked if gospel artistes should charge for their performances, he said: “It is a dicey question, it depends on what the lord has told you, call it your consecration, my consecration demands that I don’t charge, but God blesses me.”
When asked what motivates him to perform, he said: “I get high in the holy ghost, by praying in the spirit, ascend into the realm of spirit.”
Dunsin Oyekan perform at Mercy Chinwo’s Easter concert.
Some of his songs are ‘Ogo’, ‘To Know You,’ ‘When God Walks In,’ ‘Yah,’ and ‘Fragrance to Fire.’
