Actress Destiny Etiko has said that her colleague Junior Pope will never be forgotten as long she and her colleagues are alive.
Destiny said this in her tribute to the deceased on Friday in which she stated that there is no way to make up for lost time.
On her Instagram page, she wrote: “Life has shown us again its hurtful side by taking you away from us when we didnt see it coming. There’s no way to make up for time lost and now gone but hope wherever you are, you know that you are truly loved.
“You’ll never be forgotten JP As long as we are living We’ll carry you with us safely tucked within our hearts. Your light will always shine, A glowing ember never stilled, Throughout the end of time.
“No matter what the future brings, Or what may lie ahead, We know that you will walk with us Along the path we tread. REST ON LEGEND be at peace And let your soul fly free. One day we’ll join your glorious flight For all eternity. GUDMORNIN MY FAMILY.”
Junior Pope was confirmed dead on the night of April 10 after several attempts to resuscitate him failed. The actor alongside make-up artist Abigail Frederick, and the production crew; Friday, Olanti and Precious drowned in Anam River on their way back from the set of Another Side of Life, a movie produced by Adanma Luke.
