Actress Eniola Ajao has explained why she kept her 21-year-old son Ayomide off social media.
Eniola who had the boy at a young age, revealed her reason in a recent interview with Seun Oloketuyi TV in which she stated that it was a decision she made before joining the movie industry.
“It was something I decide (sic) a long time, a long time decision I took before thoughts of coming into the industry. He will be 22 in May and it wasn’t easy. When I had him, I felt no man would want to marry me with a kid, so with that mindset, I had to keep it. I kept a lot out of the public, so I just decided,” she said in parts.
Eniola Ajao added that one of the reasons she finally decided to let the public know about her son was because she was made jest of and seen as a “small girl” by her colleagues because they thought she didn’t have a child.
Eniola Ajao first surprised her two million followers on Instagram in May 2022 when she celebrated the boy’s 20th birthday.
Eniola made her acting debut in 2004. She was cast in the Yoruba film Igba Aimo.
The actress and her twin sister are the last children of their parents.
