Actress Bimbo Ademoye has penned down an appreciation message to her rumoured lover VJ Adams for promoting her latest movie Unexpected Places.
The Anikulapo actress who has neither denied nor confirm their relationship, revealed in an Instagram post on Thursday that Adams woke up at 4am to promote her movie during an interview with Channels Television.
She wrote: “Oluaye cause trouble. Oga awon gbogbo PR. Your roll outs were incredible and it brought soo much attention to the film even before it even dropped. You got up as early as 4am to go for an interview at channels television to go talk about the movie.
“Every chance you got you spoke about and publicized the movie. THANK YOU VJ ADAMS. Egbon Adugbo toh sure ju.”
In December 2022 there were rumours that Bimbo and Adams have gotten engaged but the duo maintained their silence.
When asked about the nature of their relationship during the interview on Channels TV, Adams said: “I know of her work as a family-oriented person, she is an incredible actress, I know she respects her work, she is constantly working, I know she is a good person, and I have all of this information, it could only mean one thing.”
Their closeness, however, has not gone unnoticed by fans and celebrities alike, sparking rumours of a budding romance and leaving fans guessing.
Despite attempts to keep their relationship low-key, recent developments seem to suggest otherwise.
While Bimbo referred to Adams as her “brother” when she celebrated his birthday, some eagle-eyed observers are not convinced, questioning whether there’s more to their bond than meets the eye.
VJ Adams, whose real name is Adams Ibrahim Adebola, is a video jockey, television presenter, musician and entrepreneur.
