Actress Bimpe Akintunde has opened up on her marriage to US-based entertainment promoter Yousuph Ganiyu saying that she is happy being his third wife.
Bimpe said this in a recent interview with Biola Bayo in which she narrated how she met and got married to the man.
She disclosed that before he married her, Ganiyu had already informed her of his marriage to two other women who are based in Nigeria and he promised that they will accept her willingly.
The mother of one who got engaged and married in 2023 stated that she has never met a man like him, who is so open and goes for what he wants. She added that her co-wives were present at her marriage introduction.
According to Bimpe, her husband insisted that they get married in June after meeting in May because he is a man who goes after what his heart desires.
When asked if she is happy with being a third wife, the movie star stated that she has no problem with the third wife title. She added that it’s not because she is a Muslim and her religion permits it, but majorly because she believes men are polygamous in nature.
Bimpe Akintunde also said she is fine living apart because she constantly visits her husband in the US.
