Actor Uzee Usman has met Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the Flavours of Nigeria Festival.
Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a video of himself alongside Mr Trudeau, expressing his excitement over the event.
In his post, Uzee wrote, “It was an honour to welcome Prime Minister of Canada @justinpjtrudeau to the biggest Nigerian event in Canada ever.
“The Flavours of Nigeria Festival aims to foster culinary and gastronomic diplomacy between Nigeria and Canada.”
On August 3, Uzee announced his appearance at the festival which promises an immersive celebration of Nigeria’s rich culinary heritage.
The Flavours of Nigeria event brings the authentic tastes, aromas, and traditions of Nigerian cuisine to the heart of Canada, serving as a cultural bridge between the two nations.
The festival offers a platform for food enthusiasts, chefs, culinary artists, and the public to explore and appreciate the diverse and rich culinary tapestry that Nigeria has to offer.
