Gospel artiste Dele Agbeyo, popularly known as Dele Gold, will be laid to rest on Thursday, his family has announced.
A close relative of the deceased Nurat Adeleke confirmed the burial arrangements to QEDNG in a phone conversation.
The burial rites will begin on Wednesday with a series of events including a service of songs, Christian wake, candlelight procession and artiste night at Victoria Garden Conference Centre, Ikeja.
On Thursday, the rites will continue with a commendation service and a lying-in-state at his residence located at 5 Abiodun Ejigbadero Avenue, off Aina Ajayi Avenue, Ekoro Road, Abule Egba, Lagos. This will be followed by the interment.
Dele Gold died on September 11 after a brief illness.
He was 48 years old.
