The family of the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide Bishop David Oyedepo has thanked everyone who celebrated with them on his 70th birthday.
Oyedepo turned 70 on Friday. Celebrations were concluded on Sunday at the church’s headquarters called Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State.
Oyedepo’s daughter Love Ogah on Sunday initiated a joint Instagram post with her husband Steve Ogah, brother David and her sister-in-law Kemi where they appreciated all for the love shown their family.
“What a way to Climax this awesome week of our Father’s 70th! @davidoyedepomin,” they wrote.
“Thank you for your love, prayers and good tidings towards our family. May joy and celebration never depart from your house in Jesus name.”
Dignitaries and people from different walks of life graced the celebration on Friday at Faith Tabernacle.
Among the notable faces at the event were former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Some of the clerics who were present were Bishop David Abioye and wife, Pastor Sam Adeyemi and wife, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Pastor David Ibiyeomie and Pastor Paul Enenche.
Oyedepo was gifted two Rolls Royce Cullinan cars for his birthday.
In his address, the celebrant said he does not consider himself an achiever.
“I am not an achiever as you may think. I am only a blessed partaker of the manifold grace of God. I am not an icon as some may think. I am only representative of the icon of icons, Jesus Christ who is my saviour and the glory,” he said.
