Veteran actress Ebele Okaro has celebrated Nigeria’s Independence Day in a unique fashion, sharing a striking post where she portrayed an insane character in a comical costume.

Ebele took to her Instagram page on Tuesday to post a video of herself dressed as a mentally unstable person, complete with makeup that enhanced the look.
