Actor Alex Ekubo and his siblings have paid a visit to veteran actor Pete Edochie in Lagos offering gifts.
Alex shared the moment on his Instagram page on Monday, posting a video compilation of the visit with the caption, “My younger siblings met daddy @peteedochie ❤️.”
In the video, Alex makes a joyful entrance dancing and saying “Daddy Oyoyo” as he greets Pete Edochie.
The veteran actor, seated and visibly excited embraces Alex and his siblings who respectfully go on their knees as they greet him.
After the pleasantries, Alex presents fruits, wines and other items while hailing the 77-year-old legend in Igbo.
“Do you know who you are? A great king, an elephant,” Alex says presenting kola nuts and money for prayers.
In response, Pete Edochie says, “Father Lord, we thank you for today, for yesterday, and for what you are set to do in the future.”
He prays for Alex’s good health, peace, love, wealth and longevity adding, “I’m in Lagos, my son Alex brought me food and kola nuts. I now hold the kola nuts he brought; in all his business and hard work, protect him, as he goes and comes.”
After the lengthy prayer, Alex unveils the gifts which include various cooked delicacies, wines, and money.
The post which has garnered over 28,000 likes and 1,000 comments has received warm responses from fans and fellow celebrities alike.
