Miss International Nigeria, Perpetual Ukadike has received a warm welcome at Lagos’ Murtala Muhammad Airport following her historic performance at the Miss International 2024 pageant.
Sharing a video of her homecoming on Instagram, Perpetual expressed her gratitude with the caption, “Home sweet home 🏠Thank you Nigeria, thank you friends.”
In the video, Perpetual is seen holding a money bouquet while posing for photos with enthusiastic fans who gathered to celebrate her achievement.
Perpetual’s participation in the 62nd edition of the global beauty pageant was marked by a significant milestone—she became the first African to win the prestigious Missosology Choice Award.
Although she reached the Top 20, she did not make it to the final stages, falling short of clinching the Continental Queen title for Africa.
This year’s Miss International crown went to Vietnam’s Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, who was crowned the overall winner of the competition.
