Veteran actor Ibrahim Chatta has shown heartfelt appreciation by prostrating on stage after being honoured with the Legend of the Year award at the 2024 Odunlade Adekola Film Production (OAFP) Awards.
The event held on Sunday in Abeokuta saw prominent figures in attendance including Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Femi Adebayo, Faithia Balogun, and Yemi Solade.
Chatta expressed his surprise and gratitude while receiving the award from fellow actor Odunlade Adekola, who also shared a clip of the moment on Instagram.
In the video, Odunlade bowed in respect as he presented the legendary award captioning it, “Recognition Award for my brother @ibrahimchatta_lordthespis as a great legend at OAFP AWARDS 2024. One word of prayer for him and for OAFP AWARDS.”
To further show his appreciation, Ibrahim shared a picture and video of his win on Instagram.
