Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Abraham share hilarious moment at Femi Adebayo’s Seven Doors premiere

Actors Odunlade Adekola and Toyin Abraham have shared a lighthearted moment at the premiere of Femi Adebayo’s new series at IMAX Cinemas, Lagos.

A clip from the event on Wednesday showed Toyin interrupting Odunlade’s conversation with someone as she hugged him.

Despite his attempts to continue talking, Toyin clung to him, prompting the actor to cheerfully hail her upcoming film.

“Alakada o! December 20! Premiere 15!” Odunlade announced, looking into the camera.

Toyin, however held on tightly, resting her head on his chest as he repeated, “Alakada December 15! O ma wa lori cinema lati December 20.”

The clip ended with both stars dancing to the rhythm of a talking drum, drawing cheers from onlookers.

The premiere brought together several Nollywood stars and entertainers, including Jide Kosoko, Kunle Afolayan, Funke Akindele, Femi Branch, Muyiwa Ademola, and skit maker Taaoma, among others, all dressed to impress.

Femi Adebayo, known for his roles in Jelili, King of Thieves and Jagun Jagun, is set to release Seven Doors on Netflix on December 13.

The project blends African heritage, history and drama to deliver a gripping period story.

The film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Femi Adebayo himself, Chioma Akpotha, Adebayo Salami, Gabriel Afolayan, Yinka Quadri, Hafiz Oyetoro, Ronke Odusanya, Ronke Oshodi Oke, and Jide Kosoko.
