Just days before the start of the new La Liga season, Cristiano Ronaldo has shown he’s already up to speed by showing off his new £1.7million black Bugatti Veyron.
The Portugal skipper splashed the cash for his latest wheels as a present for himself for winning the 2016 European Championship.
Bugatti Veyron, described as the fastest car in the world, goes from 0-to-62 mph in just 2.6 seconds with a top speed of 255-mph and an outer skin completely made of carbon fibre.
Ronaldo, 31, known for his extraordinary obsession for cars, displayed his latest acquisition in an Instagram video titled “Coming back home” where he appeared to be driving the car at his house on the outskirts of Madrid.
Apart from his newest ride, the former Manchester United man, also counts a Rolls Royce and a Lamborghini Aventador among his car collection.
Ronaldo, who is still out injured, returned to Real last week but is unlikely to feature as they begin their La Liga campaign away to Real Sociedad
