Scene One Production and Nollywood Movies Sky 329 have announced dates for the UK premiere of Jenifa in London – The Movie, by newly remarried Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele-Bello.
The two-city red carpet event and special screening will take place in London on November 4, Manchester on November 5 and back in London on November 6.
Venue of the London screenings is The Lighthouse on Camberwell Road while that of Manchester is the Dance House on Oxford Road.
Advertised to make a guest appearance at the screenings is Funke’s new husband, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC.
According to organisers, “Funke, who recently rounded off filming seasons 7 & 8 of the hit series in London, is very excited and looking forward to the forthcoming big premiere dates.
“Jenifa in London promises to entertain audiences from beginning to end with its intriguing story following the chronicles of Jenifa in the capital city.
“Get ready for the ‘imported craziness and many escapades of Jenifa and her co star Lolo 1 aka Adaku.”
Rapper and Funke’s Jenifa’s Diary co-star, Falz TheBadGuy, will also perform a medley of his hit songs at the event powered by Phoenix Global Media
