Nollywood actress and model, Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, has invited fans to the first ever SLAY Festival holding at the Railway Compound, Ebute Metta, Lagos on January 21.
In a message she posted on Instagram on Wednesday, the 26-year-old said she can’t wait to see all her fans at the festival.
SLAY festival is organised by She Leads Africa to celebrate African women as innovators, creators, entrepreneurs and change makers.
According to the organisers, it “is a one day celebration of all things incredible, magical, innovative, and entrepreneurial about us and we aren’t afraid to show it.”
She Leads Africa is a community that helps young African women achieve their professional dreams.
The festival promises to be entertaining and educative with celebrities like Fela and Tara Durotoye, Kemi Adetiba, Mary Njoku, Zainab Balogun, Bukky Karibi Whyte, Lamide Akintobi, Kabir Shagaya, Audu Maikori, Bukola Olukanni and Arese Ugwu also in attendance.
Osas, who played the role of Danni in Tinsel, is married to fellow actor, Gbenro Ajibade, who plays Soji in the soap opera.
Tinsel is said to be “the most successful television drama on Nigerian television in recent times”.
