The elections are on the way and President Goodluck Jonathan has resumed hanging out with one of his favourite young men.
Nigeria’s number one citizen was in fun company on Tuesday as he wore D’banj’s Beats by Dre customised headphone at the launch of the Youth Employment in Agricultural Programme (YEAP) in Abuja.
A delighted D’banj later posted a picture of the President with his latest acquisition online with the message “Merry Christmas Mr President with Love from @iambangalee and @Beatsbydre OooSssHhhEee”.
The artiste born Dapo Oyebanjo was announced as Beats by Dre African Ambasador in October 2014.
He has since used colleagues like Iyanya, Skales and Kay Switch to promote the brand.
Qed.ng recalls that Jonathan who evaded debates organised for presidential aspirants in the build up to the 2011 elections granted an interview to D’banj on his programmes, especially for the youths, if elected.
The Kokomaster was in March this year appointed ambassador for the Nigerian Agricultural Entrepreneurs (Nagroprenuers) initiative designed to collect roughly 750,000 young entrepreneurial farmers for the country.
