Super Eagles youngster, Wilfred Ndidi, has expressed sadness over the painful sack of Claudio Ranieri as coach of Leicester City.
Ranieri, 65, who led the Foxes to an unbelievable Premier League title last season, was axed after a string of poor results which has seen them slip towards relegation.
And Ndidi, signed from Genk in January by the Italian, still can’t believe that the gaffer has left the club.
The 20-year-old was handed his first of Premier and Champions League football by the 65-year-old.
He took to social media platform, Twitter, to pay a heartfelt tribute to his former coach.
Sadly i didn’t get to spend much time with you, thank you for the opportunity. You will be missed?? pic.twitter.com/Dt2kLp9Hjn

Ndidi is expected to start for the Foxes on Monday when they host Liverpool with caretaker manager, Craig Shakespeare, at the helms.
