Singer and one of the coaches in The Voice Nigeria, Timi Dakolo, has given 13 life lessons for the winner of the just concluded series 2 of the reality television singing competition, Daniel Diongoli, popularly called Idyl.

The winner of the inaugural season of Idols West Africa in 2007 took to his Instagram page on Wednesday to pass his message to everyone on #TeamTimi, which produced the winner.

Timi cried tears of joy when Idyl was declared winner in the show broadcast live on Sunday.

His 22-year-old protégé, who incidentally is from Bayelsa State like him, earned a recording contract with Universal Music Group, an SUV worth N7m and a trip to Abu Dhabi for his victory.
